The apple is the most common orchard worldwide, representing 50% of deciduous fruit trees. Apples of our cooperative are produced in hilly areas of Mount Vermion. The apple is rich in vitamins, dietary fiber and minerals. It contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A, folic acid, biotin, malic acid. Helps digestion and burns fat. It’s good to be eaten after a meal because it helps the body’s metabolism and provides quicker digestion.
